We are continually asked as to why the prices differ so much when essentially it's the same of product.

The difference is down to the "contention ratio".  The contention rate is basically how many people share the 1 line at the Service Provider.  With the Broadband2go package, there are 50 users per line whereas with the Business Broadband Professional, there are only ever a maximum of 20 users per line, hence increasing the speed and quality of the line for businesses.  This then in turn, means less time is wasted for people waiting for downloads to complete and progress with their work, which then in turns means more efficiency and higher productivity
